What makes it different from a normal robe?
A normal robe only traps the heat you make. This one makes its own. Three carbon fibre panels sit in the lining across your upper back and both sides of your chest, and they warm up in about 30 seconds from a slim power bank in the inside pocket.
How do I turn the heat on?
Slide the power bank into the inside pocket and press the round button on the chest once. Press it again to move through the three heat levels. The ring around the button changes colour so you can see which level you are on.
Will it fit me?
It is one size and full length. On most adults up to around 190 cm it falls past the knee, and the tie belt lets you wear it as loose or as closed as you like.
How does the 30 day guarantee work?
Wear it for a month. If it does not keep you warm, message us and we refund you. You do not need to post the robe back before the refund starts.

How the heat works
A slim USB-C power bank sits in an inside pocket by your hip and feeds three carbon fibre panels: one across your upper back, two down the front of your chest. Carbon fibre spreads the heat evenly instead of putting a hot wire against you, so you feel a broad warmth rather than a hot spot. One button cycles three levels, and the panels lift out so the whole robe goes in the wash.

How warm does it actually get?
Three levels. The low setting sits a little above body temperature and is the one most people leave it on all evening. The high setting is closer to a hot water bottle held against your back. One tap on the chest button moves you between them.
How long does the battery last?
Up to about 10 hours on the low setting and around 4 hours on high with the included power bank. Any USB-C power bank you already own will run it too, so you can keep a spare charged.
Will it fit me?
It is one size and full length. On most adults up to around 190 cm it falls past the knee, and the tie belt closes it as loosely or as snugly as you want. The sleeves are long and open rather than fitted.
Can I wash it?
Yes. Lift the power bank out of the inside pocket first, then machine wash cool and hang it to dry. Do not tumble dry it and do not iron over the heating panels.
Is it safe to fall asleep in?
The panels run on low voltage from the power bank rather than from a wall socket, and the heat switches itself off after a set period. We would still treat it like any heated item and stay on the low setting if you think you might nod off.
Can I wear it outside?
Yes, and that is what a lot of people buy it for. It is fleece rather than a waterproof, so think porches, balconies, garden fires and cold houses rather than standing out in the rain.
Which design should I pick?
Ghost, skeleton and pumpkin are the Halloween side. Snowman, reindeer, Santa and the green grump are the Christmas side. It is the same robe and the same heating system underneath all seven.
